Tracey Lieuwen, Dipl.T. (Principal Designer)
Tracey is a certified Building Technologist (Architectural Major) from BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology). Her experience includes working as a plan checker at several City Halls, a thorough knowledge of the British Columbia Building Code (Level III BOABC certified), familiarity with the building permit process plus almost 10 years of designing a wide range of projects from bathroom renovations to 6000 square foot custom homes. Tracey's friendly and open approach to each house design puts the client as ease. As the principle designer, Tracey prides herself in providing a customized and personal design on every project whether it is a detached shed or a dream home. When not working with clients, Tracey enjoys taking photographs, camping, refinishing furniture and spending time with her two daughters.

Cedarstone Designs' architectural portfolio has grown to include a wide variety of project types since the inception of our company in 2002. The company is based in Delta, British Columbia with a broad spectrum of projects located throughout the Lower Mainland and into Northern B.C. The company operates as a limited corporation. We strive to combine high quality, innovative design solutions with technical expertise and are known for our ability to meet the challenges of each individual project. Our emphasis on establishing and maintaining good working relations with clients, regulatory authorities and contractors helps us achieve a consistent level of client satisfaction. Ongoing working relationships and collaboration with associated consultants allows for integrated approach to design along with expanded resources and expertise to meet each unique project. Our approach to each project is tailored to meet the unique nature of our clients' projects and related needs. The company operates on a PC based platform using AutoCAD for digital drawing production.
